F16 is characterized by:

• Multi-purpose crop (grain – silage – green fodder).
• Strong vegetative mass, plant length up to 3.5 meters with standing leaves (suitable for agricultural intensification).
• The sum of two strong roots and more than one row of supporting roots.
• 110 days of harvest and remains green until harvest.
• Highly productive under optimal agricultural conditions, its productivity ranges between 13 to 14 tons of grain per hectare (5.5 – 5.8 tons/acre).
• About 80 to 85 tons of silage per hectare (33 to 35 tons/acre).
• 60% of plants carry cosine.
• Resistant to dormancy, resistant to many diseases such as blight, wilt, and late wilt.
